Shipping & Delivery We ship via the USPS. You may choose Priority Mail (2-3 day) or Parcel Post. We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, France and the United Kingdom. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
International Shipments Customs documents require us to specify if we want packages that cannot be delivered returned or abandoned. Because the shipper charges for returning undeliverable packages, we specify abandon on the custom forms. Please make sure that the address you have given us is correct. We will not issue a refund for a package that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address given to us by the customer.
Pickup If you live in the Fresno, California area, we offer free local pickup. Please send us an email requesting a pickup time.
Return Policy Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt. A no questions asked, full refund will be granted as long as the merchandise is returned in the condition in which it was received. If order was shipped for free, the original shipping charge will be deducted from refund. Special orders cannot be returned.
